Modern architectural designs are elegant, contemporary, and always utilize the space given to its fullest potential.

If you don't know where to look for the best looking architectures from all over the world, don't fret, because we got these amazing structures covered in this article. Here's 3 of the best architectures from the 2021 MUSE Design awards, curated just for you:

Villa Otto

Nestled comfortably in Jervois Hill, Singapore, Villa Otto is both an a sign of combining the best of Chinese feng shui culture and contemporary architectural design.

The avant-garde exterior juxtaposes with the fluidity of the lines, allowing natural light and its curvaceous feature to give out the house’s ‘eight’ figure form.

The entirety of this project is a showcase of Mercurio Design Lab’s philosophy of creating an integrated, singular experience communicating one central idea. Pretty neat, right?

Nantong Development Zone Public Cultural Center

The Nantong Development Zone Public Cultural Center includes a library, culture center, and archives, where it uses its unique lighting to attract many from afar.

What makes it so special is its facade lighting, where it is combined with the characteristics of architectural function and form of the luxurious building.

Through the feather-like perforations of the linear lights reflecting into the entire curtain wall cavity, it looks like a lantern that shines through the whole body!

The Independent

Holding the title as the tallest tower in Austin, Texas, The Independent is 688 feet high, and owes much of its character to its four distinct blocks of 363-unit, 1, 002,000 square foot grandeur.

The dynamic form is achieved by sliding and mirroring floor plates around a central core, capturing the imaginations of many and activating Austin’s skyline.

The Independent also boasts an expansive pool deck, a dog lounge, fitness facilities and a cantilevered board room, theater, and lounge, making it the premier residential condo for Texans to live in.
