Architecture is no longer all about practicality and space. It's about beauty, an abstraction of the owner's views on life and so much more.

Well, we at muse.world are proud to show you some of the coolest architectural designs from all over the world! Featuring Platinum Winners of the 2020 MUSE Design Awards, I'm sure you will enjoy viewing all of this here:

Efjord

Named after a branch off the Ofoten Fiord, Efjord is positioned on an island called Halvarøy on a natural ledge in the terrain overlooking the fiord to the west.

As the client desired for a retreat that focuses on the panoramic views of the site, the conceptual layout was created to give off the feeling of isolation and total privacy

The result is a beautiful home surrounded by the beautiful fiord and natural terrain! Wow, right?

Flying

Flying is named after its modernistic look of it ‘flying over the water surface’ as it rests on the edge of the Yangtze River. The structure is like a pair of flying wings, full of power and rhythm.

The independent multi-functional display area has a curtain wall that gives people unlimited enjoyment of the landscape around them, where people and space communicate.

With a mirrored infinity pool on both sides of the trail outside, it strengthens the overall relationship between the building and the symbiosis of water, where we can see rhythm and layering between the spaces. We love what we see, alright!

Shinta Mani Wild

Describing the project as ‘a utopia of sustainability’ with low impact on the land, Shinti Mani Wild is a new model of resort where it conserves threatened wildcards and also provides long-term employment opportunities to the inhabitant of the region.

Shinta Mani Wild also doubles as a research and conservation center, where rangers and researchers flock to the place to study the forests and their inhabitants, exploring the untamed land with the people that know them best.

If that’s not enough, Shinta Mani also provides opportunities for education and training so the camp’s neighbours can become well-paid hospitality professionals should they choose to, a testament to the place being an absolute paradise for everyone!

Alpencamping Nenzing

If you ever want to take a perfect vacation into the mountains and over the top of the trees, then Alpencamping Nenzing is the perfect place for you to experience living in magical sky chalets!

The tubular shape of the sky chalets allows the place to be optimally accommodating to families of all sizes, where the furniture are made to measure and a staircase leading up to the gallery for you to relax in.

With cozy beds overlooking the beautiful scenery right outside the sky chalets, this is the one place that truly brings the nature to you!
