Mattia is the owner of CLAMOR, where his love for art and fashion allows him to research and forecast trends so as to find inspiration for all of his award-winning creative projects.

I was born in Milan, Italy; I’m an engineer.

My latest creation combines art and the aesthetics of form.

I pored over every nook and cranny of motorsport vehicles until I finally found the ideal shape, starting out by a creative passion that over time evolved into an obsession with making my creation perfect.

After three years full of experiments the first carbon fiber amplifier, made in Italy, finally was born. Currently I also collaborate with one of the leading Italian luxury brands.

My love for art and fashion let me spend my free time with researching and forecasting trends in order to find inspiration for my creative projects.

I do not consider myself as an artist or a designer; I simply spend more time and study a lot to become one of them. I just want to realize something useful for me.

The company is a young company, named Clamor. The mission is to create something beautiful and at the same time useful in the same shape but in different material (I propose you in carbon fiber but soon will available in carbon fiber.

In my opinion, the word 'design' means an expression of something.

I prefer a combination between art and design, or any kind of creation that expresses feelings.

A good design combines aesthetics and functionality.

In my object I tried to mix an aesthetic impact and useful operation as it arouses interest for everyone who looks at it for the first time.

The main characteristics are sinuous in shape and the refinement material; the amplification of sound completes the idea.

The design inspiration comes from a motorcycle exhaust of mine. I wanted to create a useful object with that shape, I thought that an exhaust can be used as an amplifier for the sound.

There laid an idea to bring the shape everywhere in place.

Yes of course! I was born in Italy. It’s a place rich of artists, designers with plenty of history. You can get inspired everywhere.

An acknowledgement of my idea.

I decide to participate to have a evaluation of my project, a feedback from prestigious expert panel.

The transformation process from idea to real product.

It is a representation of recognition and prestige.

Ideas, flexibility, inspiration.

The quality of Italian handcraft are bound to tradition and pushes for passion in work.

Design conform to users need. where creative industry will try to use new materials.

You should express your project as clearly as possible and try to transfer your passion on your idea to everyone.

Try to be interested and curious on everything around you, and catch as much ideas and information you can through every channel you can (internet, social and especially books)

It has been a difficult and long process, where I had thought of quitting.

The environment where I live and the people around me. I’m quite lucky to be an Italian designer.

The focus of my target is to create somethin that can enrich the place where I live and inspire the curiosity of all my clients.

Thanks to MUSE Design Award to give space for this Award!
