(INTERNATIONAL – NOVEMBER 6, 2026) The 2026 TITAN Property Awards, presented by the International Awards Associate (IAA), has announced its Season 2 winners, placing international recognition behind outstanding projects and the professionals responsible for their development and design.
Season 2 received more than 1,000 entries from over 30 countries, led by submissions from architecture firms, interior design studios, landscape practices, property developers, urban planners, hospitality designers, and independent professionals.
From residential interiors and hospitality spaces to commercial architecture, landscape environments, and large-scale developments, the awarded projects demonstrate how a clear concept can be carried through planning, materials, functionality, execution, and the final experience of a place.
The Category Winners of the Year represent the highest-scoring qualifying Platinum entries within their respective disciplines.
• Architecture of the Year
Xunyang Taiji City Comprehensive Cultural Service and Tourism by JZFZ Architectural Design Co.,Ltd
• Interior Design of the Year
ZHENGZHOU LVDU · JOY MANSION (EXHIBITION CENTER) by DAS DESIGN
• Landscape Design of the Year
ONE RIVER by Beijing Sunshine Landscape Co.,Ltd
Across the wider Season 2 results, Platinum, Gold, and Silver recognition has been awarded to projects spanning residential, commercial, hospitality, workplace, cultural, mixed-use, public, lighting, and conceptual environments.
Featured winners include SND INTERIOR DESIGN, Uhouse design, POLY, JUNYUN Architecture Design Office Co., Yuexiu Property Guangzhou Regional Company & Matrix Design, ZSD, TRD Design, and many more.
“A completed project may be experienced by thousands without the full team behind it ever being seen,” said Thomas Brandt, spokesperson of IAA. “TITAN places the project and its creators together within an international record of achievement. This season’s winners earned that position by transforming ambitious ideas into spaces that function with purpose, respond to their surroundings, and leave a lasting contribution.”
The complete Season 2 results and recognized project profiles are available at thepropertyawards.com.
Every TITAN-winning project receives more than an announcement:
• An official winner record identifying the project, entering firm, category, and award level.
• A professional credential that can support portfolios, project presentations, media communications, and industry profiles.
• Continued visibility through the TITAN Property Awards winner gallery, winner assets, and applicable editorial or interview opportunities.
Entries underwent blind evaluation, with identifying entrant information removed during judging. Rather than being compared directly against one another, every submission was considered on its own merits.
The jury assessed each project according to design excellence, innovation, execution, user experience, and overall impact, including how effectively it responded to its intended function, users, environment, and broader setting.
With the 2026 results concluded, the next collection of TITAN-recognized projects is beginning to take shape. The 2027 TITAN Property Awards is now open to property developers, architecture firms, interior and landscape design studios, urban planners, hospitality designers, and built-environment professionals worldwide.
Projects submitted by December 9, 2026 qualify for Early Bird entry rates. Subsequent submission periods conclude on January 20, February 19, and March 17, 2027, with the winners scheduled to be announced on May 14, 2027.
Complete categories, eligibility requirements, and submission information are available at thepropertyawards.com.
