The launch reflects a strategic advertising approach that centers on real creator habits rather than feature lists alone. In February 2025, Adobe introduced Photoshop’s new mobile app alongside an expanded web experience, bringing one of its most recognizable creative platforms into spaces where younger creators already spend their time. The launch reflected a broader shift in how creativity happens today, with Adobe aiming to present Photoshop as an intuitive and approachable tool for everyone, from students experimenting with visual ideas to aspiring professionals building their creative voice across mobile environments.


The campaign focused on repositioning Photoshop beyond its legacy as a desktop staple, highlighting its role as a flexible, mobile first creative companion that supports everyday experimentation and expression. The launch generated strong global momentum, with entirely neutral to positive media coverage producing over 202 million impressions across 350 plus stories. Social engagement also exceeded expectations, reaching more than 158 million interactions and 3.1 million engagements, reflecting a rollout that introduced Photoshop Mobile in a way that felt relevant, approachable, and culturally connected.


The campaign’s execution secured Adobe recognition as a Platinum winner at the 2025 MUSE Creative Awards in the Strategic Program – Product Launch category. This distinction highlights a rollout that combined thoughtful storytelling and audience insight, introducing Photoshop Mobile in a way that felt both impactful and culturally relevant.
