Hello, I’m Hsiu-Hsiu Yu, an experienced designer with 25 years in engineering and design. I’ve had the privilege of leading a variety of residential, villa, and office space projects, crafting spaces that reflect a seamless blend of elegance, innovation, and practicality.

My approach focuses on creating harmonious designs that combine fashion, art, and creativity, all while embracing eco-friendly practices and stylish material usage. Guided by the philosophy of “aesthetics and practicality” and “uniqueness and innovation,” I’m passionate about transforming spaces into luxurious, functional works of art.

I serve as the lead interior designer and creative director. My role involves overseeing the design process, mentoring younger designers, and ensuring that every project aligns with the client’s vision while maintaining high standards of quality.

Our company focuses on high-end interior design, serving both residential and commercial sectors. We emphasize sustainable design and believe in creating spaces that not only look aesthetically pleasing but also enhance the well-being of their users.

It’s a great honor for us to be recognized at this level. For me and my team, it validates our hard work and dedication to pushing the boundaries of design. It also serves as motivation to continue innovating and striving for excellence in every project.

The winning project is a luxury residential design that merges modern minimalism with natural elements. We entered this project because it showcases our ability to create sophisticated spaces that are both functional and environmentally conscious.

The biggest challenge was how to achieve a modern look while finding creative ways to incorporate elegant elements without compromising the overall clean design.

Winning this award has elevated our profile in the industry, leading to more prestigious projects and collaborations. It has also boosted our credibility with clients who are looking for designers that combine creativity with technical expertise.

A good property design harmonizes the needs of the client with the aesthetics of the space, while considering sustainability and long-term usability. It should also evoke a sense of comfort and belonging.

My design style can be described as modern American, focusing on overall ambiance and texture. I believe in creating simple yet refined spaces, emphasizing light and open layouts, to create a unique sense of comfort and happiness in the home.

I’ve always been drawn to art and architecture. Becoming a designer allowed me to combine my passion for creativity with the technical aspects of building, giving me the opportunity to shape the spaces where people live and work.

I’m particularly fond of designs that blend modern technology with organic materials. This fusion creates a timeless quality that is both innovative and grounded in nature.

Our success is driven by our dedication to client satisfaction, our ability to adapt to new trends while maintaining core design principles, and our focus on sustainable, high-quality solutions.

Taiwan’s design industry uniquely blends Eastern and Western influences, offering a deep respect for tradition while embracing modern innovation. This allows for a versatile and rich design aesthetic that stands out in the global market.

Absolutely. Taiwan's rich cultural heritage, particularly its emphasis on harmony with nature and balance, has significantly influenced my approach to creating spaces that not only look beautiful but also feel harmonious and serene.

Taiwan's growing emphasis on sustainability and green living has pushed the design industry forward by encouraging us to adopt more eco-friendly materials and practices. This shift has aligned well with global trends, allowing us to remain competitive internationally.

Real estate is about creating meaningful spaces that people can call home, places where they feel safe, comfortable, and inspired. It's also about understanding how to balance aesthetics with functionality to meet clients' practical needs.

1. The ability to shape people's living environments and make a lasting impact.

2. The dynamic and evolving nature of the industry, where no two projects are ever the same.

3. The opportunity to integrate creativity with functionality.

I foresee the real estate industry becoming more focused on sustainable practices and smart home technologies. There will be an increasing demand for energy-efficient buildings and designs that promote health and well-being.

I would recommend online courses in sustainability, design software tools like AutoCAD, and joining real estate or design associations for networking and professional development opportunities.

Nature has always been my greatest inspiration. The organic shapes, colors, and patterns in the natural world inspire me to create spaces that are both beautiful and calming.

The key to success is perseverance and the ability to adapt to change. Always stay curious, and never stop learning.

I’d just like to add that design is not only about aesthetics but also about creating spaces that improve people's lives. That is what I aim for in every project I undertake.
