2026 TITAN Women in Business and Leadership Awards Honors Season 2’s Leading Executives, Entrepreneurs, and Professionals

(INTERNATIONAL – NOVEMBER 6, 2026) - The 2026 TITAN Women in Business and Leadership Awards, presented by the International Awards Associate (IAA), has announced its Season 2 winners, highlighted by the recipients of the Category Winners of the Year honors.

Season 2 received hundreds of entries from over 30 countries, recognizing women across executive leadership, entrepreneurship, technology, marketing, communications, human resources, management, customer service, creative services, and professional influence.

2026 Season 2 Category Winners of the Year

Selected from the highest-scoring qualifying Platinum recipients within their respective categories, the Season 2 honorees are:

• Outstanding Female Executive of the Year — Heather Trafton, CEO of Evergreen Nephrology

• Outstanding Female Entrepreneur of the Year — Shahrzad Rafati, Founder and Chairperson of RHEI

• Outstanding Female in Information Technology of the Year — Meghana Makhija, Senior Product Manager – Tech at Amazon

Season 2 Featured Winners

The international results also recognize winners including Qnovo, Galyna Kaliuk of Monomakh, Sarah Sandler of Milken Institute, Holly St John Peck of Peck Training Group, ACE Medicine Limited, Harley Lake of Niki Jones Agency, Inc., Meghan Duffy of Black Watch Entertainment, and many more.

These recipients join the complete group of Platinum, Gold, and Silver Winners honored across 2026.

Every entry underwent blind evaluation by an international panel of business executives and industry professionals. Submissions were assessed according to leadership and initiative, strategy and execution, business impact and results, innovation and problem-solving, and industry contribution and influence.

Nominations Open for 2027

The 2027 TITAN Women in Business and Leadership Awards is now accepting nominations for executives, entrepreneurs, founders, professionals, influencers, and women-led organizations worldwide.

The Early Bird Deadline is December 9, 2026, followed by the Regular Deadline on January 20, 2027, Final Deadline on February 17, and Final Extension Deadline on March 17. The 2027 winners will be announced on May 14, 2027.
