The Season 1 winners for the 2020 NYX Video Awards are officially out, and we are treated to some of the most aesthetically pleasing visuals amongst the winners.

1. Stellaris: Federations - Launch Trailer

Featuring intergalactic warfares and space exploration, Stellaris is a strategy game filled with wonderful bits of in-game lore and ways to build a space empire all by yourself.

Combining sleek transitions with attractive gameplay, Player One crafted the trailer around the idea of hearing custom audio reports from around the galaxy, amping the visually pleasing sequences to the maximum.

2. Legends of Aria - Official Trailer

If you love RPG, then you’ll definitely love Legends of Aria. By curating the tone and style of the trailer, potential gamers and videographers can least on the visceral landscape art piece in this game.

If this is not enough, Player One also captured the cinematic gameplay for a few select unaware players as well, further fuelling its uniqueness and exciting moments you can experience when you’re playing the game. Wow, amirite?

3. Conarium - Accolades Trailer

Conarium is a Lovecraftian horror game that continues to give after exploring. In this spooky trailer celebrating its PS4 console release, you can see certainly see why H.P Lovecraft remains as an inspiration to all contemporary horror stories or games.

Blending in gameplay and spooky plot, the trailer is scary, uncanny and eerie all encapsulated in a 90 second video. Player One has really outdone themselves by pacing the trailer delicately to let the viewers 'feel' the game without playing it yet.

4. Divinity: Original Sin 2 - Gift Bag Trailer

Divinity: Original Sin 2 is by no means an old game (it's only 2 years old), but in an industry where games are released constantly almost every other day, a new DLC means there's more reasons to replay the game once more. In this trailer for their recent DLC, The Four Relics of Rivellon, our eyes are treated to this award-winning game once more.

To further entice the players into playing the game once more, Player One wrote the voiceover to represent the unique and mysterious nature of the four ancient relics, and captured cinematic gameplay of the quests as well. Under their direction, this gift box DLC is truly a gift that keeps on giving.
