Ángel Cabezas

Ángel Cabezas is the CEO and founder of REX4MEDIA MARKETING, S.L., known for blending strategy, design, and technology to create digital experiences that combine strong visual identity with real business impact.

I’m Ángel Cabezas, CEO and founder of REX4MEDIA MARKETING, S.L., an agency and consultancy where we bring together strategy, design, web development, marketing, and artificial intelligence to help brands grow. We do not see a website as an isolated piece, but as a business tool that should position, differentiate, and convert.

My background has been closely linked to marketing, brand building, and the strategic side of projects. Over time, that vision has evolved into a more comprehensive approach in which creativity and results always move in the same direction.

We decided to submit the project because Minimal Studio was especially meaningful to us. We had been working with the client for more than eight years, and the project carried a strong identity, a clear sensitivity, and a level of detail that we felt deserved to be shared on an international stage.

Winning Gold is incredibly exciting. On a personal level, it reflects the hard work and high standards behind the project. Professionally, it gives REX4MEDIA MARKETING, S.L. greater visibility and reinforces confidence in the way we approach our work.

The project was born from the challenge of translating the universe of Minimal Studio into a digital environment without losing its essence. We needed to build a platform capable of reflecting different disciplines under one shared vision, with clarity, order, and aesthetic sensitivity.

We believe it represents a very contemporary way of understanding design—less focused on excess and more focused on coherence, experience, and the ability to express identity with precision.

I believe the project stood out because of its coherence. Every decision—from the structure to the typography, visual rhythm, and motion—served the same intention. When a project has clear logic and a well-resolved identity, people can feel it.

It was also important to understand that the value did not come from adding elements, but from removing everything unnecessary. That ability to synthesize, combined with highly controlled technical and visual execution, was probably one of the key reasons the project stood out.

One of the main challenges was translating the breadth of the studio into a highly refined digital experience. Our winning entry encompassed different disciplines, and the risk was either fragmenting the story too much or losing clarity by trying to show everything at once.

We solved this by working extensively on the content architecture and visual system, allowing all of those disciplines to coexist within a single narrative. The key was understanding that order also communicates, and that a strong structure can make a complex project feel natural and fluid.

We hope this achievement will help strengthen REX4MEDIA MARKETING, S.L.’s international reputation and bring us closer to clients and projects where strategic and creative quality are especially valued.

Beyond external recognition, it also has an important internal effect: it validates a way of working built on detail, vision, and consistency. These kinds of awards also create new conversations, opportunities, and greater trust.

The reaction has been very positive, especially because international recognition gives people a much clearer understanding of the level of rigor and detail behind the project. For clients, it is also a way of seeing that the work being developed has relevance and reach beyond the brief itself.

Perhaps the most memorable part has been seeing that the award was not viewed only as an aesthetic achievement, but as the result of a specific way of working. When people tell you they can recognize the criteria, vision, and consistency behind the project, you know the message has truly landed.

My advice would be not to focus on the award first, but on the real strength of the work itself. A strong submission is usually the result of a project that has been thoughtfully developed, carefully executed, and clearly communicated.

It is also essential to know how to present the project effectively: explain the context, the challenge, the creative decisions, and the impact. Very often, it is not only the piece itself that stands out, but also the ability to make the thinking behind it visible.

I see an industry that is becoming increasingly demanding, where it is no longer enough to create something visually appealing. Today, what is valued far more is the ability to build meaningful experiences supported by strategy and a strong technological foundation.

In the future, I would like REX4MEDIA MARKETING, S.L. to continue positioning itself at the intersection of creativity, business, and technology. It is a particularly exciting space because it allows us to create brands and experiences that not only stand out, but also deliver measurable results.

In this sense, winning international awards, together with our status as a Google Partner Premier in Spain, strengthens our position as an agency that balances design and creative quality with business generation for clients.

In other words, we do not just create work that makes a visual impact—we create work that is also profitable.

I would say that participating is also a form of learning. Submitting your work forces you to step back, structure your thinking more clearly, and better understand what makes the project valuable.

You do not have to wait until you feel completely ready. Sometimes, the real leap comes from daring to put your work out there and letting it compete. Awards are not only valuable for winning—they are also valuable for growth, measuring your level, and beginning to establish your place within the industry.

I would like to share one very simple idea: creativity becomes far more valuable when it is connected to a clear intention. It is not only about creating eye-catching work, but about building pieces that provide direction, meaning, and real value.

I also believe we are at a very interesting moment for greater collaboration across disciplines. When strategy, design, content, technology, and business work in alignment, the result is always more powerful.

Without a doubt, this achievement belongs to the team. Behind every successful project are countless hours of judgment, refinement, sensitivity, and shared commitment. Awards may carry one visible name, but in reality, they are the result of many people moving in the same direction, and at REX4MEDIA MARKETING, S.L., we are fortunate to have a close-knit team with strongly aligned goals.

I would also dedicate this recognition to the client and the project itself, because when there is a clear vision and mutual trust, the work can reach another level. That combination of team and client is what makes truly meaningful results possible.

“A website that proves well-crafted simplicity can have tremendous power.”

I would choose that sentence because it captures exactly what we wanted to achieve: a clean, elegant, and intentional experience in which every element serves a real purpose.

What comes next for us is continuing to grow without losing the way we work—placing great care into strategy, design, and execution to build projects with even greater value.

We are excited to continue elevating REX4MEDIA MARKETING, S.L., working with brands that want to do things thoughtfully, and bringing our work and standard of excellence to even more international stages.
